La regex del loader de .env solo aceptaba [A-Z_] en nombres de variables,
lo que excluía vars como MATRIX_TOKEN_ASISTENTE2 (con dígito).
Cambiado ^[A-Z_]+=.+ → ^[A-Z_][A-Z0-9_]*=.+ para soportar dígitos
después del primer carácter.
