Initial commit: navegator - Chrome CDP automation for LLMs

Add complete navegator system for stealthy browser automation:
- CDP client with WebSocket communication
- Browser API with navigation, storage, network, runtime
- Stealth flags and anti-detection scripts
- Persistent profile support
- Examples and comprehensive documentation
