feat(gl_loader): añadir glActiveTexture y glGenerateMipmap

Necesarios para que gl_texture_load (cpp/functions/gfx/) funcione en
Windows tras wglGetProcAddress. En Linux son simbolos directos via
GL_GLEXT_PROTOTYPES, no afecta.
